REGISTRATION FAQs                                         

Can I register for the Conference online?
You can register online via our secure server if you are paying with a credit card.   If you prefer to pay by cheque, you must mail in your registration form.

Will I save money by registering early?

Yes!  Register before July 31, 2010 and you pay the early registration rates.

Is there a partial fee if I want to attend only part of the conference? Or is there a special guest fee if I want to bring my spouse or a friend who's coming just to keep me company?

Can I purchase single event tickets?
Yes. You can purchase tickets for the Awards Gala Friday night.

What if at the last minute I find I can't attend? Can I get a refund of my registration fee?
Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing on or before August 30, 2010. The refund of the registration fee paid less $100.00 plus applicable taxes before June 30th and 50% of fees paid prior to August 30th.  Cancellations made after August 30, 2010, are non-refundable.

How many meals are included with my conference fee?
The following meals are provided as part of your registration:

Thursday: Exhibitor Reception (cash bar)
Friday: Buffet Breakfast, Lunch, Coffee Break & Gala Awards Dinner
Saturday: Buffet Breakfast, Lunch, Coffee Break 

Where do I go to register On-Site?
Conference registration will be located in the lobby.

What materials will I receive as part of my registration?
Conference attendees will receive a conference bag; Conference Notebook; Pocket Program & Exhibitor Guide (complete listing of all sessions and exhibitors at the event); and Conference Badge (entrance into all conference sessions, exhibits and receptions).
