Pre-requisites
While there is no pre-requisite to take the Commercial Building Inspection Course, we find that people who have a background in home inspection, commercial construction, architecture, engineering, property management or facilities management, will be able to maximize the benefit of the material covered in the course.

Course Materials
CDW Engineering will provide comprehensive commercial inspection textbook. You will leave with a wealth of information including sample inspection reports, consultants’ reports, and information on quoting inspections, report writing, costing and relevant business issues. What should you expect?
You will learn how to get into the commercial inspection business. We will cover everything from business practices to technical inspection, with special emphasis on the “the TEAM approach” to commercial inspections. You will learn where and when a consultant is required, and how to find and work with consultants.

Cost of Course and Venue*
This 3-day course is being offered for $1,495.00 (+HST) at the Delta Hotel & Conference Centre, St. John's, Newfoundland.

This course is based on the protocol for performing a Property Condition Assessment to the ASTM Standard E2018-15 and has been approved for 24 ASHI® Membership Renewal Credits, 10 HIA Membership credits and 22 CREIASM Continuing Education Credits.
