REGISTRATION FAQs

Can I register for the Conference online?
You can register online if you are paying with a credit card. If you prefer to pay by cheque, you must mail in your registration form.

How do I save money?
Save $100 by sending in your registration by August 11, 2017.  Register early to avoid the late registration fee.

Is there a partial fee if I want to attend only part of the conference? Or is there a special guest fee if I want to bring my spouse or a friend who's coming just to keep me company?

Can I purchase single event tickets?
Yes. You can purchase tickets for the Awards Banquet Friday night.

What if at the last minute I find I can't attend? Can I get a refund of my registration fee?
Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing on or before August 1, 2017. The refund of the registration fee paid less $150.00 plus applicable taxes before August 1, 2017. Cancellations made after August 1, 2017 are non-refundable.

How many meals are included with my conference fee?
The following meals are provided as part of your full conference registration: 

Thursday:  Exhibitor Welcome Reception (cash bar)
Friday: Buffet Breakfast, Lunch, Coffee Breaks, President's Reception and Awards Banquet Dinner
Saturday : Buffet Breakfast, Lunch & Coffee Breaks

Where do I go to Check-In On-Site?
Hotel lobby Thursday afternoon and evening.

What materials will I receive as part of my registration?
Conference attendees will receive a Program & Exhibitor Guide (complete listing of all sessions and exhibitors at the event); Conference Badge and access code to download PDF  copy of each workshop.
